Missing sisters who disappeared in Scotland found, cause of death revealed – Country

The official cause of death of two sisters missing in Scotland in January was revealed after being found in a river in Aberdeen.

The next day, the siblings’ personal belongings were found in the apartment and their landlord reported her concerns to the police.

A relative had previously told the BBC that Eliza and Henrietta spoke to their mother on January 4 and their 40-minute conversation seemed different.

January 9, Insp. Darren Bruce said the “widespread inquiry” was going on to track the sisters, “the search was conducted in and around the area they last met.”

Bruce had asked residents and businesses in the area to review their CCTV and dashboard logs.

He added that the police “continue to speak to people who know Eliza and Henrietta” and urged anyone to contact the police with information.

Police dogs and marine search units are also used to find sisters.

According to Scottish police, the body of one of the sisters was found in the Dee River on January 31. Later that day, police announced that they had found the body of the second sister.

“These two bodies recovered from the Di River on Friday, January 31 and have now been officially identified as Henrietta and Eliza Huszti. Inquiry is still being conducted to determine the exact cause of the death, but there are no obvious suspicious circumstances.” Scottish Police Department David Howieson said in a statement.

Their brother, Jozsef Huszti, told the BBC News that their families could not understand the incidents and that they had many unresolved problems in their deaths.
